Future Cellars was established by Marcell Kustos, an award-winning sommelier and fine wine consultant. Marcell has managed some of Australia's best wine lists (Penfolds Magill Estate, Restaurant Botanic) and earned the highly coveted three-glass recognition from the Australian Wine List Of The Year five times. He is a Len Evans Tutorial Alumni and a Master of Wine candidate. Most importantly, Marcell is genuinely passionate about discovering investment-grade, rare and emerging wines.
